1. USE

More and more electronics are part of our daily lives, but too often used for a relatively short period of time and treated as if they are disposable. Taking smartphones as an example, 80% of carbon emission comes from the manufacturing process. So, take care of your electronics and use them longer! No more need for a functional device? thinks about donating it.

2. REPAIR

Repairing – not recycling – is the first step to tackling electronic waste. Repairing is often cheaper than buying new and prolonging the lifetime of your devices is better for our planet.

3. REFURBISH

There might be alternatives for new! Professionally refurbished devices exist, with the same warranty as new.

4.RECYCLE

The recycling phase in e-waste management centers on dismantling non-repairable or outdated electronic devices to recover valuable materials and minimize environmental harm. It involves processing raw materials like metals and plastics, enabling their reuse in the production of new products.

5. REUSE

Creatively repurposing old electronic components or devices for new uses, extending the life cycle of your electronics is a great way to reduce e-waste, save money, and contribute to a more sustainable environment.
